Haeden’s trajectory is a classic story of endurance and unyielding discipline. Growing up in Winder and Barrow County—just outside the Athens, Georgia market—she established a relentless work ethic early on, which she carried into Winder-Barrow High School as a state-qualifying athlete.
To train and compete at the highest youth levels, she actively commuted to Gwinnett County to run for the elite Jackrabbit Track & XC Team. Competing in grueling middle and long-distance events, her dedication pushed her all the way to the USATF Georgia Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships.
Today, she has adapted her pure-endurance background into the world of heavy functional fitness. As an international HYROX competitor (combining 8km of running with functional strength workouts), she actively travels to compete on global stages, including recent races in Spain. This same drive to conquer complex, multi-stage challenges is exactly what makes her an elite Closing Specialist in the fast-paced world of real estate finance.

Haeden’s collegiate athletic career brought her to Agnes Scott College in Decatur, where she competed as an NCAA Division III cross-country runner while earning her degree in Business Management. Spending her formidable NCAA years living, training, and studying on the Agnes Scott campus gave her an intimate, ground-level understanding of the DeKalb County real estate market.
