Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or a commitment to lend. All loan programs, rates, terms, and conditions are subject to market volatility, borrower qualifications (including credit history and real estate investment experience), property evaluation, and final underwriting approval.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
