Yes. Investor Underwriting funds the corporate entity, not the individual’s geographic residence. As long as your LLC is registered to do business in the state where the asset is located, we can fund your acquisition or DSCR refinance.
Are your loan rates different depending on the city or county?
No. Our terms, rates, and leverage maximums (such as 85% LTC for purchases and 100% for renovations) are standardized across our entire active lending footprint via the Southern Legacy Fund.
Will you fund a DSCR loan in a rural market?
Traditional lenders often reject rural properties. Because we utilize VALID Reporting and AirDNA data, we will fund a rural or mountain property (like a cabin in Blue Ridge) as long as the projected short-term rental revenue supports a Debt-Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) above 1.00.
